The
Problem
Today’s young users don’t just want to hear music —
they want to feel it and transform their personal space.
Yet, most audio or light speakers fall short.
How I
Solved It?
I designed a concept speaker for JBL called REFLEC, made with artist Yayoi Kusama. It mixes sound, light, projection, and AR technology to create an interactive and multi-sensory music experience.
Softwares: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, AI Tools, Adobe After Effects, Figma, Blender

BRANDING
For the branding, I used JBL’s color palette and Yayoi Kusama’s artistic style to create an energetic and experimental feeling. The logo is inspired by projection, reflection, and light — showing how sound transforms space.
PRODUCT
For this project, the main goal was not to design a product like an industrial designer, but to create the visual communication for a new JBL concept. However, to express the idea clearly, I designed a product. First, I sketched the speaker and planned the user experience. Then, I used an AI tool to generate realistic versions of the product.
PATTERN
For the pattern, I took inspiration from Yayoi Kusama’s bold and eye-catching shapes. I drew the patterns myself, and then used an AI tool to color them. Finally, I added the patterns and the logo I designed to the product and completed the final look.

UI / UX
I designed a mobile app interface that works like a remote control for the speaker. Users can pair the device, play music, choose themes, sync with Spotify, and adjust light colors. The color palette and design highlight the energetic and artistic concept.
3D RENDER
For the 3D renders, I designed small character models inspired by Kusama’s style. I applied rigging and added dance movements. These characters were used to highlight the concept and strengthen the visual communication.
SOCIAL MEDIA
For social media, I turned the 3D renders into an AR-style TikTok effect. This allows people not only to interact with the product, but also to experience the visual concept through social media.
